     Grand Tall's Message

Dear Brothers and Cedars,
As the Masonic year is moving right along, there is still a lot to look forward to.  Please remember the Convention in Wildwood is almost upon us.  There are still some rooms left.  Let me know as soon as possible if you plan on attending.  The annual trek to see the S.I. Yankees at St. George is also coming up.  Remember the Homecoming for District Deputy, R\ W\     Bob Welsh (also a Cedar) on Thursday, April 27th.
This meeting will be very informal.  The bill of fare for the evening will be pizza.  If you missed the Annual Masonic Recognition Day this past Sunday (April 23rd), you missed a memorable event.  Please support your Blue Lodge.  Without the Masons, there would be no Tall Cedars.
Fraternally and Cedarly,
Walt, GTC
     Senior Deputy's Message

My Fellow Cedars,
I continue to begin my monthly message by expressing how gratifying it was to see so many Cedars in attendance at our last meeting.  The Fun, Frolic and Friendship could be found in every part of the room.  I hope this trend continues, as it takes all of us to make an evening's program successful.
I am pleased to announce that tickets are immediately available for our annual Tall Cedar/Mason Unity baseball game.  On Saturday, August 19th at 7:10pm, the Staten Island Yankees will be hosting the Mohoning Valley Scrappers in an exciting game.  Tickets are available @ $11 per person and, as always, family and friends are cordially invited.
Please note that there will be no meeting in May due to the annual Tall Cedar convention in Wildwood, New Jersey.
I hope to see all of you at our April awards night meeting.

     Junior Deputy's Message

No message this month.

Brotherly and Cedarly,

     District Deputy's Message

Brother Cedars:
It was good to visit with the Forests recently. All major paperwork by the Forests has been submitted & received by Supreme Forest. Great Job guys! Let's get down to District business.
Congratulations to Richmond Forest on its successful St. Patrick's Day MDA Drive. It went very well. Forest Foundation Chairman, John White, did an excellent job coordinating everything. Extra tickets for the Supreme Forest Raffle Drawings are with Ed 'Butch' Bockowski and Tom Bartowski. Plenty to go around. Please give the tickets with your donations to our Scribe, who will mail them to Supreme Forest. Entries submitted to Supreme Forest before Convention will be eligible for 4 special drawings of cash prizes. Your Scribe has the details. Good Luck to all participants.
Past STC Mike Hlatke is throwing a party at So-Ra-Bo on April 13th, so if you're in Somerset NJ on that day, stop by. I'll see you there. Plenty of Good Times with our NJ Colleagues.  And don't forget Elizabeth #6! They are a very entertaining crew.
Spring and baseball are coming up fast, and so is Convention in Wildwood NJ, May 10th to May 14th.If you haven't made your reservations yet, contact your housing chairman, GTC Walter Onora.  See you all at Convention! It should be a good one.
Mike Keane, District                     Deputy Supreme Tall Cedar
